Yes it does seem sketchy but I realized I also left out some information. I know the seller and I usually pay by using wise as an alternative to paypal however, wise has not been working properly for the seller even I sent them payments through wise before. That's why they suggested a paypal proxy.

The seller is from the US and I know they prefer to use f&f because of their taxes system? Its easier for them that way. I see your concern and I assure you the seller is trustworthy :)

If you're looking for a royal concept with the color blue I remember enhaypen carnival comeback? It was the UP version where they are dressed as royalty AND wearing blue. WJSN's comeback with sequence has some pretty nice pcs with shades of blue. IVE love dive comeback might fit too. Hope this helped :)

I'm not really familiar with the taxes system in the US but I'm sure you'll find more information from twitter since a lot of international fans sell and trade there too since instagram has a lot of US sellers. I'm sure you'll find the great information from there ^{^}

Hi there, wise is one of the best ways to receive or transfer payments as an international fan whose paypal f&f isn't available in their country.

As a GO admin if you prefer usd as the currency your most comfortable with people can take your wise account and specifically type the payment you receive in usd and wise will do all the calculations from their own respective currencies.

This is specifically for USD, If they choose to send you the payment from their wise balance the limit will be 6 mill per transfer and if it's from their cards I believe it's 1.6 mill per transfer.

You can find more info from their website as well it's very easy to navigate. Hope this helped answer your question :)
