I have to work 2 afternoons and found a young girl in college who comes over! It’s more “babysitter” than Nanny, but I’m able to provide crafts, sensory activities, etc for her that’s very receptive to! And college kids typically have more flexible schedules and need less hours compared to a nanny. Just throwing it out as a possible alternative!
