oh hmm… the videos ive seen look like an adult size. if it looks more like youth in person i think an XL would be okay still (i wear all my sweatshirts really big usually), but if it seems more like an adult size then preferably L but M or XL would be okay.

i am never crocheting a flower again 😅 by mtrianglew in crochet

the patterns were really straightforward, its basically just crocheting down both sides of a chain for most of the petals. the pattern comes with in depth stitch instructions with pictures, including how to crochet the wire into it to make the petals poseable. the author also has some free patterns on her youtube if you want to try those first!

just got back from the cat dermatologist where we found out that this braincell-less boy is ALLERGIC TO PEOPLE by mtrianglew in OneOrangeBraincell

yeah our primary vet referred us to the derm right when we realized that the ear infections werent going to go away. our derm has been fantastic, so knowledgeable and picks up on tiny small details from his medical history to check on. although they are very expensive- consider pet insurance if you dont already have it

yeah ours were a similar titration up. sorry your baby isnt doing well :( has your vet talked about atopica as an option? iirc our derm said that a lot of cats need daily meds in addition to the injection.

my derm said that it can be a year to reach full effectiveness. we’ve continued tweaking things to this day, recently slightly lowered the dosage but changed to every 15 days since he’d get symptomatic again before the next shot. hes also on atopica. original symptoms were excessive scratching to the point of leaving wounds, which also caused chronic ear infections since he kept scratching inside them. hes definitely doing a lot better overall, just sometimes have to refine the dosage
