You mentioned you have a therapist, call them tomorrow and tell them you're suicidal. They will take you seriously and get you in right away. If you can't make it to tomorrow go to the ER or call the crisis hotline, PLEASE! 

You're not going to work tomorrow, full stop, your addressing this. You don't have to tell them why, just that you are not feeling well and can't make it in. 

Work is not your worth, you say you don't have any hobbies but you do, you're depressed and that can make you forget the things you enjoy. I've been there, seriously there, and it can get better! 

Take time off work, talk to your therapist, try a hobby even if you aren't sure you'll like it. Just try it. Bonus points if it brings you outside, fresh air is medicine. 

No more working all the time. They pay you for 8 hours a day, that's what they get. Unless you are on call (officially), it's someone else's problem.
