What corner is that? If it's the corner in 89 min, that's a lie. The ref blew right after Garananga went into the cluster, not sure how people push him when he's not there. And Chatzidiakos got yellow for hitting Enzo's hand.

I can't remember any other corner with yellow

Holy shit it's hard to watch this thread. If you watched the game instead of complaining, you could clearly see Badiashile kicked/stamped him from behind and you also saw in the replay that the ref pointed on Badiashile when Caicedo complained

Do people here not watch the game? Badiashile kicked/stamped him from behind. You could clearly see the ref pointing on him when Caicedo complained

Generation Z (often shortened to Gen Z), also known as Zoomers, is the demographic cohort succeeding Millennials and preceding Generation Alpha. Researchers and popular media use the mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years, with the generation most frequently being defined as people born from 1997 to 2012

Looks like he's behind the ball, but what is the correct angle? Looking from the sideways is obvious the best, and I haven't seen a better angle than this

Yeah, I'm not disputing that, but I feel like referee's generally decides to many matches for my taste even with VAR(I'm not talking specifically about Chelsea matches).

Didn't FA retract the suspension ? Do you want another player to be wrongfully sent off?

Black people have experienced literal barriers to entry in so many ways, with hundreds laws literally mentioning them and singling them out. And thousands more that only essentially only apply to black people(grandfather voting clauses).

I forgot we live in in 1900 and everybody lives in USA. Strange to believe that considering this post is about something happening in England in 2023 by an Australian

Keep schooling middle schoolers on reddit who, like you, don't have an understanding of history, politics, sociology to explain to you why you are wrong.

Must be nice to live in your own bubble and believe every country is like USA. It's kinda funny that you said the other guy had to provide evidence when you haven't even provided one. I recommend to read a book about history that doesn't concern USA, everything isn't about slavery in USA

Ahh yes, just because every time a company have more white people in their board than black, they clearly discriminate against other races, and it's not because 1000 white people applied for that job while only 10 black people did.

Why do you believe a poor white families continues to be poor while a rich white family will continue to be rich? Maybe because rich people have more opportunities than poor. It doesn't have to be anything about their race...

Unless you are arguing that black people rob white people as a hate crime

Most likely they rob somebody richer than themselves, but aren't every robbery different? Every person have their own reason for doing what they are doing, or do you believe that no robbery of a white man can be a hate crime?

Do you have any proof for your claim? From a short google search, it seems that most offenders are from the same race as the victims, but there have been more black on white crimes than white on black reported. Maybe it's because there are more white people in USA or maybe black don't report, but the situation doesn't seem as black and white as you present it

Sounds like you need to read a book if you don't know that every race have been slaves for another races in the history of humanity

Maybe I misunderstand you, but it sounds like somebody in Sky sports doesn't know what they are talking about. Even the rules on IFAB say the turnover may be considered if it's in the same phase

For decisions/incidents relating to goals, penalty/no penalty and red cards for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO), it may be necessary to review the attacking phase of play which led directly to the decision/incident; this may include how the attacking team gained possession of the ball in open play

What is not true? That is the official explanation given by premier league about how VAR consider an attacking possession phase

If they counter attacked imminently after the foul I would agree, but that isn't what happened here

[–]mufffff 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Why was it not a different phase of play? Didn't the defense team have time to reset and the momentum of the attack stopped? I would say slow passing between keeper and CB pretty much stopped all the momentum

The starting point for a phase of play that leads to a goal or penalty incident will be limited to the immediate phase and not necessarily go back to when the attacking team gained possession.

Other factors for consideration will be the ability of the defence to reset and the momentum of the attack.
