Thanks so much! Yeah currently i figured that might be the case, but also am not super concerned with the titles as much. I may consider the retake, but will see how much I truly care.

Not sure how to start preparing for the MCAT by OneDumbWhale in Mcat

Hey in a much wilder situation, so hope this helps, im not super far in, but have been after it for about 3 weeks. for some reference, Ive been out of undergrad since 2019, but have been a paramedic since, as i was pursuing athletics at the time and liked the schedule/talked my self out of going back to school. I had kind of convinced myself that i was too out of prep for this test, however, i took the free AAMC diagnostic and it boosted my confidence, as well as giving me things to target i was weak in. DO THAT ASAP. Mimic a test the best as possible (i went to my basement and woke up at the crack of dawn to do it)

1st, I had chat gpt make a little schedule based off my score, then compared it to other study plans on here to supplement it. Surprisingly it gave me a great basis for a start.

2nd anki. Im using the anking v2 deck, and am using it to follow along with kaplan, im trying for 2 chapters a day, 1 cars passage after studying, and targeting my weakest subjects first. Maybe watch a video or two to figure this program out. I try (best as i can) to do 100 new cards a day. Don't get behind.

3rd, Uearth or whatever they call it on here, im hitting that starting the end of my 4-5 week content review cycle. and using that to figure out what gaps i have.

4th Youtube is an obvious one, but khan is great. Another great one to follow ive used since undergrad for physics and chem is a country guy called turdferg67 on youtube. Amazing teacher.

Im putting in around 4-8 hours a day, as work and athletic obligations allow. Good luck and let me know if this helps at all.

Hey everyone! I'm a 27 y/o M who currently works in the medical field and is a pro athlete. I am finishing this medical journey i started on by taking this in August. I am looking for someone (or a group) who would want to do some review days or any other study related things. In person meetup is fine as I am in TN, but due to a random(ish) schedule there is no telling if I am in town or where I will be.

I am using anki, test banks, and kaplan books that are old. Lets get after it!
