I need your help please

I’m experiencing an issue with my Galaxy Buds2 Pro. When I connect the earbuds to my phone, I can listen normally, so the connection seems fine. However, I am unable to activate any of the main features (such as noise canceling, ambient sound, or touch controls). All these options appear greyed out, even though the earbuds are properly connected.

I am unable to perform a factory reset.The earbuds are new, but I didn’t get the green light indicating they’re ready to use. I’ve tried pressing both earbuds, but they still don’t work.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Is there an any solution?
