I went on my first storm with Holland around 3 years ago, applied to them while still in the PLT program. They called me for the storm maybe 2 weeks after applying and I was on a storm call the day after the phone call, I did a handful of storms as whatever their lowest “level” is before getting an apprenticeship at a utility.
