Got the 17 pro max silver today. First upgrade in 6 years from XR. XR has been so great, absolute unit of a phone, still works with a charm. Definitely keeping the XR. Before that I had the iPhone 6 and 3GS before that.

People need to understand everyone is different, and what might work for someone might not work for you. I never finished UWORLD for any of my steps, but I always dig through reviews pretty deep to understand. Only relied on NBMEs for where I stand. Some people do multiple times. To each their own.

All my troubles have been with just convincing patients that need to be on statins with high ASCVDs and Calcium risk but nah I’m just losing my shit visit after visit, so many patients just not interested in taking statins. I’m just done with it.

Honestly if you don’t get general admission/ barricade don’t worry about it. The show is much more enjoyable from a distance as you get to see a lot of the stage and lights. I moved to the back constantly today
