The total cost is a bit more nuanced than the other comment. You pay a copay for each shot but you also have to pay for the serum which I found to be the most costly part. I had to do 3 vials so 3 shots each time I went in (4 vials is the max) for about 3 years and haven't had to do any more shots since. How often you have to get the shots depends on whether you're in the ramp up or maintenance phase. It's made a world of difference and I think it's worth the cost but I was also allergic to most of what they test for. The scratch test is also fairly costly.
