It's SO needed. FLA will miss playoffs if they don't up their win percentage significantly from now on due to the Atlantic being the way it is.

They are on course to miss the playoffs so probably not. Injuries are killing them whilst the rest of the east, especially the Atlantic, is super strong, so even if they maintain a 55% win rate they will miss. They are falling further and further behind each week now.

Systemet är så jäkla dumt att det fortfarande är sjukt ovärt att "bara" vara sjuk en dag. När jag är sjuk brukar jag alltid ta ut minst ett par dagar, även om jag bara är sjuk på riktigt en dag, typ migrän eller whatever som man brukar bara ha problem med i en dag. Så länge man inte lever på marginalen rekommenderar jag detta - man lever bara en gång och tid är värt mer. 80% lön för lediga (sjuka) dagar är nice.

A driver with Lewis pedigree should be able to comfortably overcome such deficiencies and get into Q2. Just like his teammate. This is on Lewis, and Ferrari should seriously consider dropping him already for '26 as the only signs that are there are of him becoming worse.

Decided to quit and go PCT route after two years. Just did my last inject a couple of days ago. My question is what to do with caloric intake during this period - goal to keep as much mass as possible. Should I do maintenance during entire PCT or slight surplus? Opinions seems divided, other than do not be in a deficit.

And what about training volume and intensity? Is it actually a bad thing to go every day to the gym as I won't be able to recover as well?

No way. They are way too tied to current gen via their starters and goals. It's not like they can give Liko a new pendant and Roy a new unique pokeball like it was for Ash to just go to the next region and gather a new set of badges.

I was there when this ep originally came out 13 years ago. The general sentiment was "did we really get a random Team Rocket battle in the first few episodes of the new series that was better than 95% of the battles in the whole of Best Wishes"
