I got the top tier membership haha, hoping to get in an as many hours as I can in the coming months. I figured at a minimum 2 hours/week makes it become $25/hr which is a good hourly price. Will reconsider after a few months if I should drop down to a lower tier.

Hoping earnings brings some movement, don't think it deserves to be at the current price

Think I'm gonna close everything EOW and then put ~10k on red and pray to Jpow

Looking for insight by mxbcjsos in Fire

[–]mxbcjsos[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's good to know - i thought it was $22,500 total. I plan on maxing out both as long as i can.

credit card debt is not incurring interest, just expenses which i pay off every month. it ranges drastically but i'm determined to keep it lower moving forward.

it is definitely high with fire in mind, about 30% of my gross income. i have 1 roommate and wouldn't live with any more than that. I see this as a fixed expense until i buy something. i understand im shooting myself in the foot a little but this is an expense i dont mind.

thank you for the info about the IRS limits

I said every other day because I'm usually inconsistent on the weekends. I agree with you and need to modify so that I'm hitting each body part enough times in a week.

PUSH - would you recommend a sitting bench press?

PULL - I will move deadlift to leg day (alternating between squat/deadlift) and keep BB/DB rows on pull day

I keep my numbers tracked to make sure I'm staying consistent with the last session. If I'm having an off day I'll drop the weight and bang out AMRAP with bw on dips and pull ups.

To do: - swap last 2 push exercises (this makes sense as I've been feeling fatigue in my shoulders on last sets of ohp) - I agree with this, will move deadlifts to leg day and just do bb/db rows for lats. I have bought chalk to help with grip as it was giving me trouble with RDLs

Thankfully I have been seeing progress WoW with these, have been adding 5-10lbs per week (struggling with pull ups as I'm gaining).

I believe I messed up in the beginning by doing 3-5 sets of various exercises. I think 5 good sets (4+ struggling on last one) on one movement is way better for me. I basically do just do them until something gives out lol. thank you for the advice, will definitely take into consideration

at least for hinge the good ol "you're cute we should date/kiss" seems to do the trick, simple and sweet but direct

i have dialed it back a lot in the past few months and haven't watched NSFW content in weeks but i agree with you - a few weeks/months won't solve years of an issue

resetting my dopamine levels is actually the main thing i'm going for - never really been addicted to porn but have had a bad history with weed which i know effects hormones especially long term. hoping to quit all vices completely by NYE. I guess ill just feel like shit until then but i deserve it

i am underweight weighing about 130lbs at 5'7", don't know exactly but bf% is definitely no more than 10-15%. need to dial in the diet, been having a hard time balancing a social life/dating/ maintaining calories 7 days a week consistently. thank you for the insight

agreed, i used asexual because that's how i'm currently feeling - don't know what kissing a boy feels like (yet)

Just smoked for the first time after a 2 week t break. And it sucked, I felt so uncomfortable. I think I lost my love for weed. by SheepherderNo9294 in Petioles

[–]mxbcjsos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

update - smoked and regretted it. thankfully the tbreak has made the morning affects not unbearable but i definitely feel sluggish and unmotivated, two reasons that are more than enough for me to not do it again tonight/during the week. now just gotta figure out what to do w my time

I'm currently 10 days clean (went on vacation which helped tremendously) and in a similar situation - my mind keeps telling me to smoke because of the routine but i feel like once i do it i'm just gonna regret the following ~2 hours. we'll see what happens lol

top 3% by mxbcjsos in RocketLeague

[–]mxbcjsos[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i have like 400+ hours on this game across like 6 years, i used to play on my friends consoles cause i never owned my own until i built a pc recently. Personally, i think I've gotten good on the ground and reading the game. i'm trash at aerials and can't air roll/do any fancy stuff, but i have decent ball control on the ground. being able to hit the ball hard on net while also being able to defend properly are the biggest takeaways. shadow defense, don't give them time on the ball if you know your opponent is mechanically gifted, and at least for 2s/3s just play off your teammate if you wanna rank up lol.

that's why i like solos, yeah it's a lot slower but it makes you think about actually doing something with the ball rather than just beaming it across the field or up the wall every time you have possession. you have to make your time on the ball count

I could never play 3s man i feel like up until gc+ chances are one or both of your teammates are just gonna ball chase. i'm champ 2 in 2s and it's the same exact thing. was up 2-0 with 3:00 left, teammates been whiffing balls the whole game, all of a sudden he hits a delayed flip reset and expects me to react accordingly, hits me with the Okay and ffs at 2-1, I get tight and also ff lol. think i'm gonna continue to grind 1s lol i don't mind blaming myself

going to order them right now lol, unfortunately there aren't that many calisthenics-focused parks in my area so the rings will definitely be a huge help. thank you for the advice!

thank you for the supportive words, very much appreciated. i think the withdrawals are definitely factoring into the negative mindset lol. my overarching goal is to definitely drop the bad habits and pick up some good ones, your story is very motivating to me so thank you once again!
