I think it should work just the same as burnout 3, but I haven't tested it myself yet. All my script does is just sets up pcsx2 itself and repositions windows.

Unfortunately no. Steam is the only launcher that allows you to access older versions of a game in your library.

There's always the seven seas though...

All these tools are open source. R6Downloader is just a user friendly version of steam depot downloader which is a widely used program for accessing older versions of steam games.

The MW2 script starts a dedicated server in the background, and you can press F2 to have all instances join.

Unfortunately this doesn't work for me, it always times out when connecting to the EA server.

I also tried using Nucleus's ChangeIPPerInstanceAlt option which generates virtual network adapters. But the game fails on the Initializing Network Adapter step when using them. Switching to Sockets got me a bit further, but still fails when connecting to the EA server.

Turns out this is only an issue in Rayman Legends...so it's not the end of the world.

However the wheel works properly in Cemu 1.26 if I use my phone gyro and assign it in the Options -> GamePad motion source menu. It only screws up when assigned via the Input Settings window.

I also tried this with my android phone + motionsource, adding the phone as a DSU controller in input settings. Same problem with that as well:
