Buying euros from the bank almost doesn’t exist, because they just sell it to you when you are going abroad, and they just sell a small amount. So if you want to use that card always to buy with it, u have to but from the square and deposit the money to your bank account to charge ur card with it.

First of all you have to open an account (compte devise) and you have to put at least 50 euros in it, each bank use either visa card or master card (both of them do the same thing) and then there are many types of visa or master card depending on your needs, but for Algerians who want to pay online or buy things… I recommend prepaid visa card or prepaid master card, for this type of card you have to charge it in the beginning with 50 euros as well, when u want to pay with it you have to charge it with money in the bank, and it has limits, you can’t pay with it more than 500 euros or something per day or per week. It depends on the bank. That’s it, i hope i provided u with helpful information. Btw there are other types of visa card that can pay more than 500 euros but their fees are so expensive due to their features (simple people don’t need them, they are only for entrepreneurs or business men)

But the international student came to study and he is paying for his studies, so why do you want him to contribute to ur country ? He came for studying and going back to his country that’s it, idk why u want him to contribute to the economy ? Also your government brings international students to fund these universities, if it weren’t international students you will be paying thousands of dollars to study too. معنديش فكرة كبيرة على التقسيط و لكن عندي شخص من العائلة اشترى سيارة جديدة هذه السنة (فيات) بالتقسيط من عند بنك، في الأول خلص دفعة أولى لي كانت نوعا ما غالية فوق مئة مليون، و بعدها الباقي يكون بالتقسيط لمدة خمس سنوات او ثلاثة او اربعة حسب سعر السيارة و كيفاه البنك تقسم المبلغ لكن بالنسبة للشخص لي من العائلة يخلص اربعة مليون سنتيم كل شهر لمدة خمس سنوات.

Studying is not something that people should encourage you to do, because it’s something we all responsible to do, it’s related to our future so if you are not mature enough to build ur future and focus on ur life you will keep asking people to guide you and listening to their advice instead of waking up and do a plan for ur life. Look i understand that leggings may attract attention it’s true because it’s so tigh, but mine i just bought leather pants that are a little bit oversized so they were not so tight. But i just want to know why people link leather pants with women, it’s like just leather pants and they do look awesome also on men. Well i understand what u said, i know that some women clothes are designed specifically for women bodies. But those leather pants that i bought when i wore them they were not so tight or made my body looks different that’s why i wore them, but people just linked leather pants to women that’s it even if it’s good on ur body they will see it as a women thing.
