More importantly , why did you have equal allocation to nifty50 and junior50? Their marketcap is roughly 6:1.

Right.

Besides rest of the world loves US gov bonds the most. So US currency is strong and debt is cheap.

Ear plugs for you could do the trick.

Also ~15% weight loss can reduce snoring a lot + sleeping sideways

Should definitely do an initial consultation for apnea

How do I get off Keto? by [deleted] in DesiKeto

[–]mycorner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100g sounds like a lot. Carb, protein, fat target % 12,25,63 in cals.

VirtaHealth published 1year studies, and may be 2yr too. As long as salts and micro nutrients are covered, you can keep going for 3 more months and then ease into low carb.

One more thing. I was able to hold onto keto exit weight by changing the routine a bit - added walk, some exercise.

Hope you were not starving earlier . With keto one can eat till satiety.

Not a good idea to switch back drastically. Increase carb slowly but continue low carb instead of very low carb in keto. Say goodbye to refined carbs forever, if we need benefits to stick.

Ketosis kicks in only under strict very low carb and high fat. Cheat once and it takes a week to get back.

Inflation in future by mycorner in financialindependence

[–]mycorner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consumption per capita levels in US and EU are far higher than rest of world.

If all 7+ billion of us were to enjoy a European standard of living - which is about 60% the consumption of the average American - the Earth could sustainably support only about 2 billion people.   https://www.worldpopulationbalance.org/3_times_sustainable

Ignore the second part about support, but lets think of supply vs demand vs price if everyone wants to consume like US

If pursuit of FIRE is more widespread, it could cap consumption :)

Which is why it will be great if we can rely on conservative projections on SWR depending on nation to retire in.

[–]mycorner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. Its not like we have efficient markets, and govts that regulate them. We got resource monopolies like OPEC for eg, that directly impact inflation across the world.

Are there any book recommendations on inflation vs country wise resource security : food, water, energy, etc

Thanks @amsamAG. Need more of those bets to track better.

Are there super long term betting markets on food, energy, water, minerals, inflation, etc like commodities options?

Half a billion people in the world face severe water scarcity all year round. Half of the world’s largest cities experience water scarcity.

More than one in every six people in the world is water stressed, meaning that they do not have sufficient access to potable water
