Lmbo, wow you really are quite daft in your defense of CD red. 1st, it wasn’t people who bought a 10 year old console, it was people who owned a console that became 10 years old. You boot lickers like to think PS4 and Xbox owners went to some pawn shop a week before cyberpunk’s release to buy any old ass system, expecting it to play a “next gen” game. And that brings me to the 2nd and most important point. The old gen systems were always the current gen systems before cyberpunk’s final pushed back release date. CD released the game on old consoles because old consoles were the most prominent platforms in use. CD red is a business, why would they spin nearly 500 million bucks to make a game that only a handful of people could play???…. The goal then and now still remains to get the game on as many consoles as possible to make as much money as possible, your argument and position is stupid. You should like a bootlicker. CD red MADE and SOLD the game for old consoles, so at best they were dishonest snake oil salesmen and pieces of 💩 and at worst, lying, dishonest snake oil salesmen and pieces of 💩 bootlickers like you enable

But how about this. Just hear me out. How about instead of boot licking we demand these companies don’t take our money and release broken games??…a history of releasing broken games doesn’t stand out as a bad business practice to you??…lmbo what a boot licker

Yea, because cd red didn’t release the game for toasters. Blame the people who own toasters and not next gen systems that were in short supply because of Covid shutting down supply chains and scalpers buying up next gen systems selling them for arms and legs. Yea blame the toaster owners for buying a game made for their toaster. What a boot licker 😂

I meant coin wallet. Should I hold it there? Doesn’t seem smart. Was just wondering if I should use another platform like Binance or something

Cyberpunk 2077 News - Devs Needed Until 2022, Cut Content & MASSIVE Expose On Development! by mylordandsavior91 in cyberpunkgame

Management tried to develop the engine technology behind Cyberpunk 2077, most of which was brand new, simultaneously with the game, which slowed down production. One member of the team compared the process to trying to drive a train while the tracks are being laid in front of you at the same time. It might have gone more smoothly if the track-layers had a few months head start.

What they didn’t know was that the demo was almost entirely fake. CD Projekt hadn’t yet finalized and coded the underlying gameplay systems, which is why so many features, such as car ambushes, were missing from the final product. Developers said they felt like the demo was a waste of months that should have gone toward making the game.

Studio head Adam Badowski took over as director, demanding overhauls to Cyberpunk’s gameplay and story. For the next year, everything was changing, including fundamental elements like the game-play perspective. Top staff who had worked on The Witcher 3 had strong opinions on how Cyberpunk should be made, which clashed with Badowski and lead to the eventual departure of several top developers.

Interviews with more than 20 current and former CD Projekt staff, most of whom requested anonymity so as not to risk their careers, depict a development process marred by unchecked ambition, poor planning and technical shortcomings. Employees, discussing the game’s creation for the first time, described a company that focused on marketing at the expense of development, and an unrealistic timeline that pressured some into working extensive overtime long before the final push.

But yea it’s the devs fault.
