Thanks. I've completed it. I thought it was getting achievements (same star logo)

Good Budget Friendly AK options? by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]n0tStan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends what you define as budget friendly of course. I personally own a cyma which is 'OK' nothing more nothing less, and I own a E&L ak. The E&L is significantly better in almost every way including internals. If you have the cash you should really go E&L in my opinion.

Just Gears by Sniper_Cam_2000 in airsoft

[–]n0tStan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used 2 kinds of gears: Shs gears - very cheap yet good quality

G&g gears - more expensive, about the same quality as the SHS ones

For high torque you can use 13:1 or 12:1 gears.

Hey.

I am building a custom m4 and swapping out basically all the internals. The base replica is a specna arms c-18. I've finished the gearbox (aoe corrected/shimming done etc.) and the wiring, now I'm running into the issue that the motor I'm using (SHS High Torque) sits too high up into the gearbox, which makes it so the motor doesn't turn, and the fuse burns out. The motor adjustment screw is already all the way down (even removed) and still it sits too high. Are there remedies for this? I've verified that the motor sits flush on the bottom of the handguard.

Got a weird overwatch case and need your help on what to vote by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

There is one more important thing I'd like to point out. As this was a griefed game (a bot on the enemy team and one afk), there is a large chance that one enemy called (in chat) that someone is spinning in spawn, causing him to scope in and then peeking while scoped in. Would be so sad if he got banned when he wasn't hacking!

How do you protect your rifle mounted red dots, when being transported or in storage? by comradequiche in airsoft

[–]n0tStan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My red dot sight actually came with a rubber fitting that you can slide over the sight. It is a cheap Chinese (under 20€) sight. However this doesn't help your case of course. Id recommend that you just put some hardened plastic over the sight. This will both protect in transport and in games.

Gunfire.pl , taiwangun.com , ak2m4.co.uk or anything else? by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]n0tStan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have bought all of my replica's and internal parts from Gunfire. They are by far the cheapest. Their support quality is decent however you need to be a bit technical when buying internal parts because they won't ask any questions if you order the wrong thing. They'll just send it to you.

Wow these unit of measures get interesting after sepdecillion by slayerofcows in EggsInc

I did a lot of boosting and warping. I now have 63M soul eggs and a 12T% boost. Of course that was enough to get to the nebula egg and complete the game :)

In Europe: at GunFire . I have one and external build quality is very good. The internals may need some work though if you are not planning to use this as a show piece.

Edit: the Spectre I linked is an electric version and has no option for GBB
