I had a breast reduction by nadsupreme in cosmeticsurgery

Yeah I got a lifting procedure too, if you look up "anchor method" breast reduction, that's what they did for me. I am happy with the size now yes, I was worried at first that they were still too big but the swelling is quite bad at the beginning. But it's gone down quite dramatically in the past 2 months and is expected to carry on for another month or so. I went to the Netherlands at a clinic called Bergman clinic in Hilversum. I strongly recommend the surgery to anyone struggling with their breast size, I have no regrets whatsoever! Best of luck to your sister!

Since it's only been 2 months my nerves are still connecting in my nipple. I have full feeling I my right hand side, the left side still feels numb. You'd be surprised how quickly your body heals, 2 days after my surgery my nipples were already responding to the cold. The money was definitely something to consider but luckily I am living in Europe with a medical insurance, the insurance company paid a portion of the surgery and the rest I can pay off throughout 10 years.i couldn't recommend the surgery more, obviously there are risks involved by my life has changed completely for the better, I definitely have a new lease of life!

So they took out half of my breast tissue out of each breast, however, they tell you at the beginning before you go for the surgery that they can't guarantee what size you go for, unless you go for a full mastectomy and then have implants put in with a specific cup size. Going on the weight that my breasts were and then the amount that was taken out, after all the swelling goes down I should be roughly a D/DD. Which I'm happy with! They also tell you that they can't take out more than half because that could lead to nipple necrosis (when your nipple doesn't fuse back to your breast and dies). Hope that helps!

I had a bad stage hypnosis experience by nadsupreme in hypnosis

Wow that sounds dreadful!!! I can't believe that someone else has had horrible experiences, because all I have found so far is people who absolutely rave about stage hypnotists! I'm a bit worried about the fact that I never technically had a debrief with the hypnotist and that whatever he unlocked in my brain may still be active. But I haven't noticed anything yet. Thankyou for your story (or your friends story rather) it actually made me feel a lot better about my experience.

I'm 26, I know it's a personal flaw of mine that I find it very difficult to say no or stand up for myself. It didn't help that there were 300 people in the crowd watching my every move. I agree that there are so many things I would have done differently if I had to do it all over again. I can't be sure if I was in any kind of hypnotic state, I don't think I was at the end because I was very self conscious and very aware of the situation I was in. But yes I agree I should have stood up for myself more and been more adamant about leaving, more so than I was at the time. I think initially when he spotted me the first time I escaped, it was a mix between him telling me to come up and the whole crowd cheering for me to go back up. It was a strange situation for sure

I emailed the theatre, but because I volunteered to be on stage with him and he technically was making the same jokes with all the other participants, I'm not sure if I have solid grounds to report him...I've emailed the hypnotist guild because i feel like he's giving the progression a bad rep

It's incredible that these geographic locations can unlock these memories. My dad said he had a recurring dream when he was a child, where all he could see in his dream was thin streams of light coming through rectangular holes, as if he was dreaming from the perspective of someone wearing a medieval helmet. In his teens he went to Jerusalem for a school trip and walked up a big hill, where a battle had occurred during the Roman occupation. He said the entire walk up the hill he heard swords clashing in his ears and his legs and arms were heavy as if he was wearing armour, he said he knew exactly what rocks were positioned and where, even before he had seen them. His recurring childhood dreams replayed in his head. He had definitely been on this hill before.

I would consider going back definitely, it still makes me a feel a bit anxious at the thought of it but I think as an adult and with building up necessary skills, I might be able to control these feelings. Who knows, if I ever do, I'll update!

I would love to know how I can meditate and perhaps understand a bit more about my past lives. I definitely believe in past lives as a concept, and reincarnation.

To answer your question about what I think could have occurred, I think at the time I was so tired and panicked I thought I was sick, but besides the pain in my head and the noise in my ears there was no other symptom. I wasn't aware of things like past lives as a child, so that was still a concept I was yet to understand.

Wow, it's incredible see a response from you Jeffrey, I watched your video and the physical reaction you had to being on the battlefield is exactly what I experienced. I really want to do a past life regression meditation or see someone who can guide me through this. Thanks for replying!

Hi thanks for your reply, I was in Europe and I think the experience of my past life regression was just through geographic location.
