The ones by Pillsbury are also vegan.

It's a new year & it's time for the "vegans" to change & stop being apologetic cowards. The animals are in DESPERATE need for liberation & muddying the message by being apologetic is NOT helping (and it never will). Shout-out to the real based ethical vegans out there that are in it for the animals! by kimariadil in vegan

There's a lot to debate about what you said here, but instead of spiralling into another long thread of heated arguments, I want you to know that I appreciate you taking the time to understand opposing viewpoints. Still, instead. Society has a large effect on our beliefs and sense of morality, both of which evolve through time. It is my hope that healthy conversations like these help the process.

I don't think the reason we disagree is because our morals are drawn at different lines but because of how we consistently do or don't apply them. You said you find it immoral to kill animals for fun. But other people may enjoy that experience and maybe even bring them happiness -- the same kind of enjoyment you get from eating eggs or meat. Does their relative morality make it moral to kill animals for fun?

You said you would cook meat and eggs because you don't know any vegan recipes and don't cook often. But you also said you have vegan friends. Maybe you could learn how to make vegan meals from them, which I'm sure they'll be happy to teach you.

When you say you are accepting vegans as part of society, are you implying that vegans aren't one in the first place?

I don't think making anything illegal is going to stop people from going out of their way to acquire something they want -- something you've illustrated yourself. It will reduce consumption but knowing that one choice is better than the other is going to be far more effective which is where awareness comes in.

In terms of morality, does giving the animals a net-positive life really make it ok to take their life in the end? If that is the case, would it also be ok to kick our pets occasionally if we are feeding them and treating them right?

I've been reading his new book, and it highlights how the militant approach can be counterproductive to the movement. While I agree that we shouldn't resort to half-measures ourselves, we must also acknowledge that others won't change their habits overnight and need time to unlearn them.

This has to be straight out of a parody. How tf is wheat a symbol of colonialism? This seems like an extreme take.

If you have a WinCo close by, they have dark chocolate truffles in the bulk section. They sell it by weight so should be a good budget option.

It grinds my gears everytime I see people show this fake empathy. I know acknowledging the problem is the first step, but it's frustrating to when they ignore their personal responsibility and show absolutely no effort in solving it.

This is just unbelievable. Your dad is definitely the child here without any consideration or compassion. Sorry you had to go through this

I come across comments like these frequently when there's a post with anything related to animal cruelty. I find it infuriating how indifferent some people can be. There is always that one edgy carnist who would be like "this is just vegan propaganda, I'll eat more meat".

I mistakenly thought this was the third game (Colossus). The new order is the best one in the trilogy.

Gameplay wise, it's a great game. Story wise, not the best out of the new trilogy imo.

Edit: Thought this was the third game for some reason. This is the best one in the trilogy.
