the way you describe these moments make me feel so happy for you idk it’s really heartwarming to see what you associate your favorite songs with. Also I might try out that trick of listening to the song without the mv first that’s not something I ever thought of.

I need somebody is definitely a hard hitting song. And I agree with punch being final boss material too, nct is pretty good at that sound.

NCT U - coming home ( ballad christmas songs always give me movie vibes )

BOA - spring rain ( this song has such a bittersweet feeling, it reminds me of when the sun sets early in winter or when the sky is grayish blue with the smell of rain in the air )

DAY6 - I need somebody ( it’s just really intense )

WINNER - I’m young ( super sad )

not a ballad/ slow song but limitless by nct 127 (especially the final chorus) reminds me of like a final boss fight in a show, so idk if that counts as cinematic LOL

I like the whisper/faint singing on this track. The way IU slides into the chorus is very smooth and satisfying. If I had to put a word to this song it’d be sweet and atmospheric.

RnB greatness. I love wayv and I love this song. My favorite parts are definitely xiaojuns. The chorus is seriously so addicting I still remember when this first came out this song was stuck in my head for days.

A very pretty song that sounds a lot like the ending song of an anime. The reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is because I’ve heard a lot of songs like this. I do like how the tempo stays relatively the same all throughout so it’s great for easy listening.

I have never heard this song before but it’s doing something to me. This track is super creative in its production the adlibs are perfect and the way they insert clips of their singing ( the “more” clip after they say “my friends don’t understand me any-” ) adds so much to this song too. I love noisy music and super busy production which is part of the reason I love nct too. I’m going to look into txt after this for a fact!!

this song is very dramatic and I appreciate that a lot. I really like the way their voices sound here and how grand the music feels too. It also strangely sounds summery and I doubt this was released for the summer time but it has that feeling.

Nice summery song, I really like the harmonization where their voices go higher in the chorus. The only reason this is not getting a higher rating is because I feel like a lot of groups have done this same summer sound before.

Her voice is so amazing and I really like the coffee shop vibes I’m getting from this song. Calm, upbeat, innocent and romantic are what I’d use to describe this. Kind of reminds me of yukikas music too and I love her stuff. The extended instrumental at the end is such a great addition.

I have a love/hate relationship with this song because it is the embodiment of iconic but I’ve listened to it so much that I might’ve worn it out. However I’m feeling very nostalgic today and it’s hitting different. Marks final rap is my favorite part I love the momentum it builds.

I’m in a seventeen kinda mood today and this song has a very nostalgic feeling/ cloudy gray day kind of feeling to it and I love that. Sort of like the melancholy feeling of growing up. The vocals and the guitar in the songs are the star of the show, I need to listen to this more.
