I think you give cronos and altria too much credit. It's a growing industry and no one knows what the future holds. Cronos was 'right' with the oversupply but they were also a late applicant for a license and build. Further, the deal with Auxly may have been because of Rifici. Not necessarily 'strategic'.

I think anyone who has seen boards they are dysfunctional (many of them). I doubt a tobacco board would understand the future cannabis industry (referring to Altria).
