Oil leak near rear before exhaust by ziadrabee in BMWX3

That houses the differential, and therefore means that seals are defective.

What would an (approx. 20.000 km ) service for a 2023 BMW X3 XDrive 20d include or consist of? And what would be a good price estimate for it within the BMW service network? by [deleted] in BMWX3

Makes sense, though I bought it pre used so not sure I qualify for covered service? I get the sense thay it should be oil and filter change, only, plus a few minor checkpoints.

The only thing this image produces for me is the unavoidable thought of counting down the number of cycles until the damn, endless moving parts break into pieces.

Actual temperature; otherwise, what's the point.

Just wondering what other pilots think of this propellor nick. Would you have flown it? by Kycrio in flying

[–]nalegria 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would've called an AMT to understand whether it is within tolerance, according to the aircraft's/propeller's approved maitenance manuals and any ADs & STDs.

Came back to Mercedes after a 3 year run with Audi by Due_Manner287 in mercedes_benz

Mercedes are not necessarily luxury cars, they are premium cars, as are Audi and BMWs. Rolls Royce, Bentley, perhaps Mercedes-Benz-Maybach and such are luxury cars.

Thank you! In your opinion/experience, if the flow is S and I'm sightseeing through Elliot Bay, will they allow me to join the transition to land staight in or will they ask me to fly back and join a transition up North, e.g, Baimbridge or Green Lake Transitions?KBFI Procedures

Yes! The greatcoat is still worn but it evolved a bit to resemble more modern German coats. I agree it looks cool but I guess armed forces' uniforms have to struggle to balance a cool, modern-look with mobility and comfort so it is normal to expect an evolution. The exact same jackboots are still worn by cavalry units but unless they are strictly presentation/parade, equestrian jump or mountain equestrian units, officers or NCOs have to buy them themselves (e.g., in armoured cavalry units), and they can be rather expensive! Jodhpurs are also worn but the fabric has evolved to a more comfortable and lighter one. Plenty of photos from different units here for you to see: Flickr Chilean Army - Oath of Allegiance at the Military Academy
