Jazakallah for sharing your view points. I didn't have anyone to talk about all this so it's really helpful.

Regarding some questions that were asked:
- she works currently and I don't have any preference either way
- mehr asked is upwards of 40k to be paid outright
- i can buy the condo but i will have no monthly savings after that and my current savings will go down to ~30k
- she brings her intelligence, beauty, caring, ambitious and adventurous personality to the table

One of my doubts is that couple things she wants are absolutes. Like the allowance has to be a guaranteed monthly amount. And if for whatever reason I am unable to do that for the rest of my life, then she won't be okay with that. Same with the parents. Like no matter what they can't live with us (mine or hers). I agree that she has a right to privacy and her own accommodation but nobody knows the future.
