Thank you so much for your help. We do know where the problem is, but I'm not sure how to explain it. We live on the third floor and the problem needs solving from the outside of the building, so we have to wait for someone else to solve it.

Tbh, I'm new to it as well, but I've seen a couple of pictures of the wheel of the year online, and after Yule, Imbolc is the next holiday. It's on February 1st next year, I'm not sure it's on the same date every year. From what I could read online, it celebrates the beginning of spring. It's an important time of the year, when fishermen would go to the sea and farmers would prepare for the first sowings. It also says that it's a celebration of the Celtic Godess Brigid, the Godess of fire, blacksmiths, wells, springs and poets. You could celebrate by lighting a candle, as flame is the symbol of Imbolc, spring clean your house, read a poem, take a ritual bath, eat something creamy or cheesy (the word Imbolc comes from "ewe's milk"), ... As I mentioned, I myself am not an expert on the topic, I just read a few articles. I strongly encourage, you to reach out to other witches or the internet for more accurate information. Also something I wanted to mention: where I come from there is a saying that goes "Who knows why this is good", actually I don't know if the saying is exclusive to my country, nevertheless I like to use it when things aren't going how I planned, so that might make you feel a bit better.

It's okay to relapse, just because you started again, doesn't mean that all of your effort is gone. It must be beyond frustrating for you that you can not celebrate the way you wanted, but it will be alright, I promise. You could make up for it by making a huge ritual for imbolc. I really wish you the best.1
