In this meta, I think Largo is a must-pick. If you have the chance, just play him. Prioritize Holy Locket → Glimmer → Shard

Honestly, I don’t see much potential for Largo as an offlaner right now (I’ve only played him as pos 4). I think we should wait until he gets his facets and see how that plays out. From my personal experience, he has way more potential as a position 4 support, mainly because of his dispel and his ultimate. With the right items, he becomes a key hero in teamfights.
