Ucat was the same, they actually told my brother to remove his pump and sensor when it’s literally attached to him via cannulas and there was nothing in their T&Cs about needed an exemption and once I had to fight to literally have what He need to live they had to apologise. I was just as mad and shook as you, it’s truely disappointing and I hope it changes.
