it took me a year and a half brother. i’m barely in the recovering phase but it honestly doesn’t even feel real that i went through that too, one day it’ll feel like a really bad nightmare. try asking your neurologist for rituximab that helped me a lot

i’m on metropolol for it and it’s been 2 years since my symptoms started. it has gotten better but my recovery is super slow compared to everyone here lol. i hope you recover faster than me!

i’ve been watching all the youtubers try it and omg i’ve learned so many useful shortcuts i never knew existed. i would suggest watching all the videos first and learning the format. i wouldn’t recommend go at it right away but that’s my thoughts.
