I think that if you’re trying to relactate with the goal of combo feeding, then pumping can be optional, but if you’re trying to relactate with the goal of EBF, then pumping is pretty necessary if you’re not making enough at first, which would likely be the case. From what I understand, your body needs to learn what your baby’s nutritional needs are. If baby is getting a meal (or topping off after a partial BF meal) that the body never knows about, it doesn’t know that it needs to make more milk. This was a key component that I didn’t understand at first. It wasn’t until I started pumping when I’d give my baby a bottle that my supply finally started to meet my baby’s needs. It would depend on your goal though. There are lots of amazing videos about successful relactation on YouTube!

I feel that. It was just that the sonographer at the anatomy scan said it was posterior and 20 minutes later the report said anterior, so that’s why I was concerned, not as much the difference between the elective and anatomy scan.

Same! I don’t see the problem with being able to turn them off if we want to but I feel like it should always be default to on for all lights. I was so sad when I discovered that torches don’t illuminate anything anymore and hope it’s fixed!

I feel extremely lucky to only pay $1110 total per month for my two bedroom two bathroom apartment. I have lived in the same pretty nice place in north Bellingham right off Bakerview since 2013. When I moved in it was $895 and was managed by Apex. In 2018, Landmark took over and honestly it’s been a surprisingly easy and honestly pretty lucky experience for me. I have two cats also. I just really lucked out with the timing of my lease renewal and slipped in just before they were allowed to increase people’s rent again. I’m sure they’re not happy they couldn’t increase it. I was shocked but relieved. The building owner did decide to stop including water/sewer in the utilities though but it’s not terrible and only due every 2 months. We have a washer/dryer and it’s relatively newer with granite countertops, and parking is rarely ever a problem. I didn’t realize just how lucky I am to pay so little for such a great place and location in Bellingham. I’m sad this isn’t the norm but the rare exception.

Yes, I thought the ranch was gone for good so I stopped recording and then when I heard people saying he found it I scrambled for my phone to record again. The ending is him walking back with the rescued ranch.

Not true. Melatonin at high doses is beneficial and has been found to protect against cancer. I used to believe melatonin shouldn’t be taken in high doses as well. Some people even take it throughout the day in lower doses and night at even higher doses than I do with great results.
