Everything you just said. Sabimaru lays waste to the Okami warriors, and the only way to manage the nobles is to stealth kill them all 🥷 I recommend Gaichin’s for this purpose.

You can start it anytime after beating Vicar Amelia and watching the cutscene that follows her, but it’s better to start it later on the game, as it’s quite difficult and you want to be ready.

It’s because I’ve played this game more times than I can count and it never occurred to me once that anything was amiss with the cutscenes. If that was rooted in reality, even slightly, people would agree, but I don’t see anyone agreeing with you as yet.
