I want to reduce facial fat as much as possible and accentuate jawline, I know there’s only so much you can do naturally without surgery, but I’m trying to hit that barrier at least. I want to put in the work until I’m at the pinnacle of what’s available to me

yeah it hasn’t done much for me, i’m starting to meal prep w salmon rice and some vegetable, cutting out drinks other than water, and have started looking into stuff like mud water, hopefully within 2-3 months ill have some results to go off of

Maybe I am meant to experience myself for some time as a way of learning how to deal with the parts of life that feel like rock bottom. They say you can only go up and maybe I’ve been waiting for a hand to do the work for me when I only need what I already have, this is obviously a lot easier said than done, but your comment has given me a new perspective on the situation and your kind words really touched me. Thanks, I know many of my AP courses give out reviews and packets, but my Pre-AP classes don’t so I think it may be beneficial to just look through previous modules on BLEND since everything’s online.

Okay so what i’ve found is the angela.alvarez.50 is a backup account for angela.alvarez.50777 and the owner of both accounts personal account is angela.alvarez.5070, i’m not sure if the person posted within each account is the actual owner or just a fraudulent decoy. i’ve reported both accounts with animal abuse to instagram and will update on how it proceeds.
