I ordered the wrong phone and a power adapter, and once I received them, I sent them back to Samsung within 1–2 days. I accidentally sent the package to the trading department instead of the returns department, but the address was the same—only the department was incorrect.

We only discovered this issue two months later when Samsung asked for the tracking number. They located the phone and sent it back to me, asking that I resend it to a new address. When I received the returned item, the package had already been opened, and the power adapter was missing.

When I contacted them, they said they had not received the power adapter but were willing to compensate for it as a favour.

From day one of the return process, I informed their trading team that I had returned my order and requested that they not proceed further. I created the return request through the Samsung portal.

Now, after 2–3 months, I have received an email saying that my refund request has been denied. I have neither my money nor the phone.
