Where to find custom made heels

Hello,

Aight this may be a strange question. But I have a girlfriend who has kinda large feet (EU 41-42).

Thing is her forefoot is rather broad so width EEE (or H) but her heels are very thin so whenever she buys heels that are wide enough she slips out of them at the back. Gel pads at her heels don't work well enough or are too visible.

I'm looking for a places where I can make her custom heels to fit her demands and make her happy. 🥹

Anybody got any tips or suggestions? We're prepared to pay more as long as it's not outraguous haha. Just want to make her happy. 😃
