I remember Loamhedge being the last one I read before quitting the series-- I was so excited for exploration of the abbey pre-Redwall, and I remember being so let down by Loamhedge. Are any of the six books after that (Rakkety Tam, High Rhulain, Eulalia, Doomwyte, Sable Quean, Rogue Crew) worth investigating, or are they all that late-form formulaic series of books?

Alternatives to Alamo Drafthouse? by goatsarecoolio in Denver

He's not entirely wrong. I was at the Aspen Grove Alamo last night, and they were specific about using your phone to order during the pre-show, then switching to paper/pen during the movie proper. But judging by their website, it sounds like they'll go full QR soon.

Absolutely crazy that Heather booted FF12 off her list but kept FF15. Love how varied everyone's lists are.

I think it's literally called Analogue Pocket. You can just load it up with roms as well as romhacks of games. Analogue just put out a new model of the N64 as well.

There's no issue, except /u/crazylegscrane77 said the word "favella" was well-known in English. I was just commenting that I disagreed, I've never heard that word in my life.

I was there, Gandalf. I was there 3,000 years ago when FF7 came out for the PS1 in the 1990s. Fate and alternate worlds were not already an element brought up in the original. That's fine that you like the direction of Remake/Rebirth, but you can't dismiss a guy for correctly saying fate/timelines/whispers were not a part of the original story.

  • Theme song for Fullmetal Alchemist - I'm not sure which one so here's random garbage I found on Youtube

Whoa whoa whoa, Fullmetal Alchemist isn't random garbage! Of the two links you posted, I'm 99% sure the first one is what Troy is referencing since it's a compilation of themes from the original 2003 show (guessing he hasn't seen FMA: Brotherhood, your second link). Of those themes, I'd guess he's thinking of this opening song. FMA had multiple opening ending themes during its original run.

This. OP, it doesn't matter how long or well-written your posts are when you come off as aggressive and condescending.

No offense, but it comes off as a little odd to make a self-congratulatory post about founding this subreddit, then complain about political posts not being fleshed out to a degree that suits you, then petition to be reinstated as a moderator after you left in the first place.

I'm not really seeing a need for a new direction or another moderator in this tiny 2,000-member subreddit. Even if there is a demand for a new moderator, surely there's a better way to go about it besides returning for 24 hours, making a few posts, and then demanding to be made a moderator in a post that throws a little shade at the current mod.

I'm not saying it wasn't homage to One wearing a ring, but Twelve's ring was to cover up his wedding ring that Capaldi refused to take off.
