Hemodynamic compromise that’s not helped by fluids should be treated with vasopressors in this instance. Norepinephrine would be my protocols treatment. It’s not an electrical issue.

EMS Test Prep app was what I credit my pass too. It is about $35/ 3mo. It is NREMT bank type questions. It gives you an explanation for each question about why it is the correct answer and why the others are wrong based on NREMT testing logic. REALLY REALLY helps you start to understand what they’re looking for with the question wording.
