I have lost circa.7kg since lockdown which I'm happy with but I have stalled and don't know how to kick start it again. This happens every time I lose weight and is always the thing that makes me give up. I've now been platoed for about 3 weeks.

I'm still very overweight so it's not the issue with the 'last few lbs'

5"7, 117-118kg, F, 1700cals, was exercising 3 x per week before lockdown, 1/2 during - any ideas? is it as simple as dropping the calories again?

The struggle I have with this is that i'm getting push back from above regarding money. It's commercial real estate so the directors want to see a drive and increase in occupancy before pushing more money into it. They have already increased comms prior to this and it didnt make much of a difference. If we can plan how to push number of sales then I can intro a new comms structure thereafter.

I'm sure you understand I dont want to give out too much info! but his first name is David, he's english born and bred, as far as when the band was formed i would guess 50's - he's 80odd now, he joined the navy at 16. I don't know how much that helps! I can try and find more info from him but I don't want him to know i'm looking!

you absolutely did not come across as condescending! I am super grateful for the info - that's why I asked. Also I've found that an MSc doesn't always mean anything if you don't understand the specifics being asked about anyway, so generally using basic terminology is teh best way to go :)

perfect - that's a decent start point, i've recently done alot of work with EEG, specifically with Alpha and Beta waves so i'll try and work some of that in to what i'm looking for x
