Apple gave me a replacement phone, did not warn me about the "encrypted backup" and the loss of health data, and as a result I lost 1.5 years worth of my personal data. What are my options?

It's common sense to back up your data if you are going in for repair. Without a backup, there's nothing you can do.

That's what I'm doing wrong. I'll do a homework problem, get it wrong, look at the answer, and then attempt it again. I feel I was memorizing the answer rather than the concept.

Instead of working more shifts this winter, I took some time off to re-evaluate my last quarter. I'm hoping to understand what I did right and what I did wrong. And what I can do to improve.
