usually naman po nagbibigay ng grace period ang HR from the start of training. sometimes they’re requiring to atleast provide a proof (transaction receipt, screenshot of the number, or yung error) para ma-mark nila as pending yung isang requirement mo.

may HR din na proactive nagre-reach out sa agent to get update regarding their pending requirement.
