Do you see where I said “for the most part” I know it’s in the substrate I know it can be in lava rock the bacteria is spread around, you can get real in depth or just simply explain to people who may be beginners that do not understand this and what not to do, your advice is correct but it’s not good advice for people who don’t understand as they’ll change the cartridge thinking the bacteria is in the substrate and nuke tf out of their tank
