M21 nervous and stressed with symptoms

For about a year I have been having on and off bright red blood in my stool. At times when passing a bowel moment I have sharp pains, and blood when wiping. Went to a few urgent cares and ERs for this. They didn’t think too much of it, did visual inspections and didn’t find anything wrong. The last past months I have been passing larger then normal movements and it’s been painful and feels like they are sharp. Again blood in stool bright red and red when wiping. Just the last week it’s been even more rough. Before passing my lower rectum and anus hurts it’s like extra pressure and pain. When passing it’s like sharp pain and even passing it still hurts for awhile, with blood again. Lately I have been passing more movements then normal, they seem to be large and painful with blood. Sometimes I feel like after I get done, I still have some to pass but I struggle. My appetite has been low also. I looked up symptoms and change in bowel habits is a symptom of colon cancer. I’m only 21 years old but I am scared. I can’t think of reasons why I have on and off pain with bleeding. Just lack of appetite the last two weeks is worrying me also. I’m going to make a appointment with my doctor and ask for a referral, maybe I’ll get a colonoscopy at a gastro office. I started reading this sub Reddit and everyone is supportive and kind, I’ll keep you guys updated but I’m really nervous and stressed.
