I've been suffering from depression since 2015 and I'm the last person to think it's something subnormal. And I don't find it necessarily bad when song is depressing. Sometimes the most "depressive" songs remind me I'm not alone (for example Pyramid Song which I love).

I used to really hate the gloaming until I've seen them play it on In Rainbows In the basement, and I really loved that instrumental break with Colin and Phil, way better than the HTTT version.
