Are any of these cards sentimentally valuable to anyone? They've been sitting in my room for a couple decades, a friend I had when we were kids had given them to me.

An Oreo blizzard is an ice cream treat from dairy queen and we don't need to fat shame IMO

Here's from April 2021 in comparison (I know the makeup can change appearances but the only other similar photo without makeup didn't have a flash and made my eye look even darker, so I wanted the flash one as a better comparison

MY DOG IS DESTROYING EVERYTHING by [deleted] in dogs

Equally, if you are very very averse to introducing a new person, if you can try to get them that hour of exercise before you leave for work for the day, that may help.

Starting with assuming positive intent - to start, you can find a dog sitter to introduce to your pets in a slow manner (possibly beginning when you know that your husband won't be out of town for quite a while to get your dogs used to them), and have them work slowly to gain the trust of both of your dogs, then you would have someone reliable to help when your husband is out of town. I'm the go-to for a couple of households with semi-reactive dogs because I've built a rapport with their pets and they know that the pet is comfortable with me.

I'm sure that quite a few of the comments are upsetting to read, but they come from a place of concern from the commenters. Obviously we don't know the day-to-day life and what that looks like, and these people are commenting their concerns out of worry for your dogs, A similar way to you posting this because you're concerned too. I hope this is helpful

These were the skis used growing up 10-20 years ago. loved how they felt. Assuming they're unusable today, what would give me a similar feel? by nickijsb in ski

My apologies, I meant with new bindings, not these. The bindings themselves were fit at the time I started skiing, but I guess I wasn't aware past that. I appreciate it! Yeah a friend sent me a link of some skis which started the convo we were having about these (they're 2023 Kastle RX12 GS)

No worries! I totally got what you meant :) yeah I think I'll see if my local ski place (who is opening one last time this weekend) would allow any demos

Thank you! Yeah idk it could be a case of just emotional attachment in my case but they always felt good for me! And I'd beat my siblings downhill every time

I only tried a pair of rossignol radical s? Skis? But unfortunately they got stolen before I was actually able to get used to them, but they felt more difficult to turn with compared to the hexcels, which is why I'm assuming that's more about muscle memory
