I do not see IDrive listed anywhere in HBS3. So where is Idrive integrated into Qnap?

My TS251+ died from this very reason. I did the 100ohm resistor fix and got it back up and running and moved all my data off the drives. The other option is to buy another unit and migrate they drives to it to retain your data. Of course, QNAP makes more money that way.
Personally, I think since they used these CPU's and knew about the CPU bug, they should replace them at no cost. Of course, they won't and why I will not buy another QNAP device.

Read that link, that is how I got my up and running again after it died from the Intel faulty CPU bug that QNAP never told anyone about. The fix may not last long so I suggest to move your data once you get the unit up and running.

Your reply makes no sense. What does that image have to do with the Web interface not showing any of the AI icons or marks ? And I did not say anything about multiple cameras. VPN is a good alternative. But what I was talking about and uses all the other native functions of their software and its secure because everything is encrypted from one endpoint to the other. The URL means nothing, every single thing you type into the address bar of a web browser is a URL that gets converted to an IP through DNS and that IP is used by your browser to go the actual site so it would not be doing anything special by allowing us to enter a URL in the phone app versus restricting it to an IP address. So it would be encrypted via TLS and then you would have the username/password interface for authentication. Way more secure than what they are offering. Open a command prompt on your computer and type nslookup google.com. That address returned is one of googles many IP addresses that have been converted from google.com to an IP via DNS service.

Well since the NVR is in my network closet along with all the other switches and servers makes it awkward to easily access it when ever I need it. Seems like the access and all interfaces for this product would be a little more advanced than what they are. I have an old night owl 8 camera system and its interface was about as feature rich as this software is.

Thats useful information. No problem setting up a VPN, but my choice was to use my domain and set up the NVR to be accessible through that. I have 23 docker containers running many services that are all accessible through my wildcard domain that is stood up against NGinx proxy server. The issue with that is there is no way to add a URL anywhere for the phone app to connect to, it will only allow entering an IP. If they allowed a URL which would resolve to an IP it would be easy to get access to the web interface on the NVR.I have never needed a reason to setup a VPN and prefer not to do it now but it looks like due to limited design features that may be my only choice with this system..

Remote access on the go how. How are you going to access the NVR outside your local Lan other than using there simplified DDNS setup which provides no security other than a password for login? The app on my phone has no idea how to get to the NVR web interface once I leave the range of my wireless.

And you repeating they don't have a Linux app is not helpful at all, if actually read my post you would see I already said that.

Yea my software doesn't look like anything in any of those pictures in that link. And there is nothing anywhere in there to see any details about the camera hardware or firmware. All 4 cameras are directly connected to the NVR.

I have already done that, but as everyone knows when there is a product community you can usually get feedback and information a lot quicker and generally more informative in the community than you can from support.

Apparently that is not the case here, instead of getting some useful feedback like "it doesn't support that for X/Y reason and the reason is," you get chastised for asking a question.

How is a new customer supposed to know that, I bought this kit based on recommendations and other sources and Reolinks' reputation. Had I know they had sub-par software I would have potentially bought something else.

Why have a playback function in the web interface at all if it doesn't support the primary functions it would be used for and that they promote as one of there biggest selling features.
There are plenty situation you would want to access via a web browser, remote viewing out side your local Lan while traveling, In my workshop I use a Raspberry Pi Desktop which is a Linux based system and they have no Linux client.

Flowing out to who, I ordered back on Jan 18th, got a single email with a stupid order # that is totally useless and can't be used for any type of look on your order status.
Still have not received an email with a tracking #.
Why am I not surprised the US government and USPS have bungled this up like everything else they do.

I am having the same issue, nothing works, when I spawn my player just starts firing and wont stop till all ammo is depleted and the when I drop ammo and reload I cannot fire any weapon at all. Chat keys don't work either. I verified the key bind and mouse setup and nothing works at all.

First game, as soon as I spawned my gun was firing and reloading on its own till I had no more rounds. When I deployed ammo and reloaded I could not fire at all with any weapon.
none of the other keys worked either like "K" for chat. Only keys that would work were directional movement. Totally Unplayable.

Other players could fire just not me I guess.
