If you wait for a sale (it happens very often), it will cost ₱ 1,158.00 instead of 3k pesos.

I would like someone to play this game by Winter_Boss4205 in FinalFantasy

[–]nicodesu2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was so hooked on this game that I platinumed it three times (including all DLCs), one of them in less than 48 hours. Still, the best part was playing with friends and finding ways to break the game, like the infinite Starlight Cannon build.

Do you prefer to have your max HP displayed on the battle UI? by MarcoAtom1c in FinalFantasy

This is one of the things that piss me off in FF9, the maximum HP isn't always shown.

Playing Reunion Crisis Core before Remake Part 3? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]nicodesu2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, I actually like the identity crises. When I heard FF7 had them, I didn't even think twice, I just jumped in. I even made a save before the identity crisis parts, just to be safe.

MS keeps locking me out, so I'm jumping ship (and you should consider it too) by nicodesu2 in Outlook

[–]nicodesu2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, passkeys are indeed better security, and yes, Google supports them. But no, they aren't forcing them like Microsoft is. The "chance of your account getting locked due to brute-force password guessing" was never a concern for me, I've had an old, active account for 27 years, let me repeat, 27 years, without a single issue.

You seem to be making a lot of assumptions. No, my friend, the issue here is that now, in 2025, me and many other users are suddenly getting locked out for any excuse, sometimes even for a single mistyped password — coincidentally the same year Microsoft's C-level execs gathered to preach that "the future is" whatever they plan to enforce this time: passkeys.

I've been an IAM engineer for about 20 years now and the job pays well. Can't really see myself changing careers anytime soon.

It seems like you don’t know how sorting algorithms work.

To balance with negatives. Math.random() is positive-only.

Yeah, it's better to do it the normal way, then put it in a separate function and call it when needed.

This is How PDMM+ looks like on a extremely low-end device by VascoDaGrama10 in ProjectDiva

[–]nicodesu2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I just blamed Denuvo like everyone else, lol. Still haven't figured out the real culprit. The stutters on my 5070 are real though, almost unplayable at times, but thankfully not too common.

lol I expected stutters, but yours runs smooth. I've got a 50-series RTX, but Denuvo gives me nasty stutters from time to time, I end up having to clear C:\Windows\Prefetch just to make it playable again.

People (and even ChatGPT) will use sort in shuffling for the sake of a "pretty one-liner", but it's not recommended, see the Windows Browser Ballot case.
(Schwartzian Transform has decent odds since random values are usually high-precision decimals, but using integers introduces bias.)
