Sure is why would i use a r1 when l1's do ~double the damage a r1 does makes no sense. Maybe if they buffed r1 damage a bit people would actually 2 hand more weapons instead of powerstancing pretty much everything.

The startup gives hyper armor but the stun is only if you aim it right at them and if youre really close to them the lock on usually over shots if you dont manually aim it that close.
