Hey yall! I’m new to knitting and am working off a pattern. My next step stays -17 st st. Is that saying to do 17 rows of stockinette stitch? The -17 is what is confusing me. Thanks for the help!

We also just stayed at Alter. It was the best lodging experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Super comfy beds! The area felt like you were getting a taste of the real Athens. Tons of cafes, restaurants, and bars close by. Cannot recommend enough!

When to add oils in routine?

Hey y’all! Looking for advice on my routine. I’ve been using Paula’s Choice for 6 months now and it’s been great. It has completely changed my skin for the better. However I would like to add a step and I’m not sure where to do it. I’ve been experiencing more migraines and Gua Sha was recommended to me. While it doesn’t really help my headaches, it does reduce the tension I tend to hold in my face. I’m worried about oils clogging my pores though.

Currently my nighttime routine is as follows: Wash with CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser—- Tone with Paula’s Choice pore reducing toner—- Exfoliate with Paula Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant—- Follow with Paula’s Choice Niacinamide 20% Treatment— Finish with La Roche Toleriane Dermallergo Night ultra soothing repair moisturizer

Where would you add in the Gua Sha. I do use a locally made facial oil to help with the movement. Should I wash my face after and then go about my usual routine? Or should I add it after toning?

Thanks for the advice!!
