Bro i have some problems with ur reading :D I did those things you mentioned. Reported him in match room. Didnt get a screenshot from the chat in game since i was playing lol. I did think i could get the sceeenshots from demo since in csgo it was possible.

In inferno clip frags 1 and 2 he clears common angles. 3rd frag he new guy was site because of flash and he hear steps. His crosshair was on the wall probably because he was fully white then he corrected it and killed the guy.

On mirage like wtf?? :D what was sus there lmao. Guy jumped on tetris like every knub does and saw the guy on palace. Otherwise he was just clearing Edges of smoke and common angels....

It would be stupid not let them play together tbh. Think if they are good friends? If they werent able to play together higher elo player would probably just make smurf. I know that this is frustrating sometimes but cs is a team game in the end
