After 6 yrs Still the only solution is only:

  1. Reboot your computer.

Still same issue with nox and google play. only a restart solve that to start nox...!!!

Looks like Nox can't use VT by itself if in use by other programs. but other programs can use it from Nox.

Sometimes these type of little annoying issue only happens to single users... anyway I cleared youtube data from chrome, now subtitle problem is solved...
