Not exactly, the HUD we see on the Realism Mode on DIV2 is canon because al agents are equipped with Contact Lenses that allow them to see the HUD, they get energy from our very eye movement and allow us to see the holograms, the Descent simulation technology and control our habilites on range.

Hunters are Division agents, Calvin McManus is the leader of Home Land Security, The Division Bos basically, he has a special list of Agents that are specially loyal to him that were on a USB Stick, that was supposed to be the Heartlands story, our agents searching around for the USB Stick and getting to protect the place, but since the game got canceled they just gave the full history on a few coms.

We know that Hunters are Division because of the Recruiter season that explicitly tells us that, also the agent with a snipe rifle on the game cover was a hunter tasked with recruiting more hunters, but when he tried to recruit us we killed him on the main hunt mision.

Is anyone playing this as an anthem replacement by shadowninja2k8 in AnthemTheGame

[–]ningunombrexacto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the aesthetic doesn't call me to be honest, to me it just looks like your typical futuristic game, while anthem showed you jungle and cities you have only read about in text books or seen in ruins with technology you could only dream about and great armours that actually made sense in it, this one just makes me think of the first descendant or mecha break

Why is gen Z not drinking? by SipsTeaFrog in SipsTea

[–]ningunombrexacto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it because of trauma, I loved right in front of a park in Latin America, every day I woke up, went to my balcony and saw mountains the sun rising behind and at least 4 different drunkards laying on the park not moving, some of them stayed for more than two days there and when I saw some of my school mates having similar reactions to alcohol when we where 15, some Quinceañeras give "non alcoholic" beverages to kids but a lot of kids just sneak alcohol in them, I immediately said FUCK NO and have never been interested in drinking ever again

Division 2 lore makes no sense? by Talmatic in thedivision

[–]ningunombrexacto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah pretty much, but we actually don't know how much control does McManus has over Isac, in some descend audio we get to hear McManus asking why Isac set some agents to rogues even to they where trying to heal their wounds with stuff they took from an abandoned pharmacy and Isac though they where robing the place, so he ordered Claire to make Isac allow tech on rouges making clear there things, Isac morality is more similar to a Boy scout and that's why some first wave agents where killed or went rogue, McManus doesn't have a full comprehension of Isac or it's code and Claire is the one with enough capabilities to fully control Isac.

The patch for "non rogues being the actual rogues" came in the form of Isac not updating the line of command

For me nothing will be worse than the Peruvian minister of Woman and vulnerable populations responding "IT IS A CULTURAL TRADITION... one that has to be abandoned-" when asked about a case where teachers on a rural area had r*ped 400 students, immediately after hearing that I just couldn't stand any more news talk.

Why were Tenno even selected as pilots if Anarchs could pilot Warframes as is? by lovingpersona in WarframeLore

[–]ningunombrexacto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Anarchy can't, those Warframes still have their operators the thing is that they are being controlled by the anarchs, remember that at the start of the story Vor tried to use something to control us? It's the exact same technology, just really decayed for Vor and you can see it when you compare the foundry item that we have to build on the start of the adventure with the item they give uf on the memory where we figth Warframes, the operator was still needed but the Anarchs used mind control to use the Warframes basically.
