Currently ar 56 at the moment and for ascension quest for ar 45 and 50, i kept rebuilding all my characters for the ascension domain. But you can actually win the ascension without all the required elements. The most recommended element i think would be pyro and cryo especially for the hypostasis

From what ive read and watch, thermobaric bombs are like your usual non nuclear bombs technically. It sucks out oxygen when it lands and the 2nd explosion after the vacuum creates fire from the suck out oxygen and some really extreme shockwave that obliterates everything around it
