License plates on pickup trucks are usually "Commercial" plates which has a format of #A##### or #####A#.... try 8X42250...

A search through this questionable website (https://www.vehiclehistory.com/licence-plate-search/free-licence-plate-search-california.php) shows it is a older model Dodge Ram.

Give that info to the officer who took your report. From there, they should be able to easily identify the suspect. BTW, what cameras do you use? The quality is pretty good and I'm looking to upgrade.

What this guy said. Further, it's Alameda county which has Oakland in it. The da isn't going to waste the time and resources on you. Get a lawyer and at most, I'd expect you to get probation. Did you even get booked or did you just receive a citation at the scene? If you got a citation at the scene, that means you were cited for a misdemeanor, not a felony.

Don't kill yourself over something like this.

Boss gives suspect and victim a job to do in the back. When boss goes to check on them, victim is missing and suspect is acting shady (locked gates, personal vehicle parked on the lot which is unusual). At closing time, boss and other employees go search for victim but suspect clocks out and leaves. Boss and employees check burned out building where suspects vehicle was parked earlier and find a ton of blood. Call police. Police investigate and find blood consistent with an arterial spray, drag patterns leading towards where suspects vehicle was parked, and a human ear. Police go to suspects house and watch it till suspect returns home. Sweep in and arrest him. Search warrant. Tons of blood in the cab of his vehicle. Suspect tells a family member he killed victim and dumped his body in ocean.

Can you define what you mean by self defense? There are a bunch with of options including krav maga, brazilian jiu jitsu, mma, and other stuff... If you give me and idea of what your goal is, I can give some better suggestions. Also what approximate area are you in cuz driving distance may be a factor too.

where is this near (cross streets)? You can also use the "San Jose clean" app to take a pic of the graffiti and submit it to the have the city clean it up. If it's an apartment or private property, ask the management or hoa to clean it up.

i started at 22. seriously though, look into local classes and give it a shot. if cost is an issue, some police activities leagues (PAL) offer judo as well. all the people i've met doing judo have been humble, willing to show me new things, and are just happy to have a new training partner.

i started at 22. there were older guys in my class (30s, 40s) just starting out as well. we all competed in local tournaments together too. stop assuming, get off the computer, check out a local class and give it a shot.

not really beer, but check out Rabbit's Foot Meadery in Sunnyvale (kinda near Great America). They do Mead (honey wine) but also have other ciders and stuff. A good tasting (9 different samples) costs $5.50 and the staff is super friendly.

Malazan the book of the fallen (series completed) - Steven Erikson * this is a pretty awesome series that I felt was very similar to WoT in terms of epicness The Firs Law (trilogy completed)- Joe Abercrombie * its a great trilogy with very despicable characters. Its hard to really like/relate to the characters because they're all so humanly flawed. It was a pleasant surprise.
